Everyone
- Keep payments and messages on .

- Respond to reasonable requests for evidence.
- Be honest in descriptions, photos, and claims.
- Expect that we may hold a transaction or payout while we review risk or a dispute.
Buyers
- Review the offer terms and the final transaction summary before accepting.
- Make any required authentication choice.
- Inspect promptly and report problems within the deadline.
Sellers
- Describe and photograph the actual product accurately.
- Use an approved fulfillment method and valid tracking.
- Meet insurance, signature, and authentication requirements for high-value shipments.
- Use our pickup-confirmation process for local handoffs.
What happens if you do not
We may deny protection when a user materially violates the program rules. We apply the rules consistently while allowing trained reviewers to weigh credible evidence, and we will not apply an exclusion where doing so would conflict with the law.
