How a deal works

Same order, two points of view. Everything happens on the platform, which is also what keeps both sides eligible for protection.

If you're buying

  1. Step 1

    Post what you want

    Category, description, acceptable condition, quantity, budget, and whether you can collect locally.

  2. Step 2

    Compare offers

    Each offer shows real photos of the actual item, disclosed defects, price, shipping cost, ship-by date, and the seller's return policy.

  3. Step 3

    Accept and pay

    You see one final summary — item, quantity, condition, included parts, price, shipping, tax, fees, authentication choice, returns, and the ship-by date — and confirm it before paying.

  4. Step 4

    Track it

    The order moves through Paid — Awaiting Fulfillment, shipped, in transit, and delivered, with every carrier scan recorded.

  5. Step 5

    Inspect it

    You get 48 hours after delivery on a standard order. Confirm everything is correct early, or report a problem.

If you're selling

    Find people who want what you own

    Browse wanted posts instead of writing listings nobody sees.

  2. Step 2

    Make an honest offer

    Upload current photos of the real item and disclose defects, repairs, and missing parts up front.

  3. Step 3

    Ship on time, with tracking

    Use the approved method and the address we give you, add tracking, and buy any required signature or coverage.

  4. Step 4

    Get paid

    Proceeds become eligible once delivery is confirmed and the inspection period closes. New and higher-risk accounts may see holds or reserves, always disclosed before you commit.

Two ways to follow buyer Wants

Use Items I Own for a specific item or model you already have. Use Saved searches for broader keywords, categories, or budget ranges. Both are checked every hour.

  1. Add an item you own.
  2. Get notified about matching buyer requests.
  3. Decide whether you're interested in selling.

Items I Own stays private, is never shown to other members, and does not list anything for sale. When a new Want matches by name, model words, or category, we explain why it matched. Saved searches watch broader criteria. Alert emails follow your saved preferences.

Adding an item doesn't list it for sale or commit you to selling.

Local pickup still runs through . You pay here, inspect the item in person, and only then share your one-time pickup code. Never hand over the code before you have the item.

If something goes wrong

Report the problem from the order page within the deadline. We pause the payout where we can, ask both sides for evidence, and issue a decision — with one meaningful appeal if you disagree.
