  After the buyer pays, seller proceeds remain pending until delivery and the applicable inspection period ends. This is a payment hold, not escrow and not insurance.

  Fees and payouts

• Describe it accurately

  Offers must disclose condition, defects, and what's included. A materially different item is the most common reason a claim succeeds.

  Buyer protection

• Claims have deadlines

  Report a problem inside the claim window with photos and tracking. Late or unsupported claims may be denied.
